All the products I have purchased from Lothantique over the many years I have been a customer I havae found each product to be extremely of the highest quality. The fragrance of the Le Jardin line is heavenly. The customer service is outstanding, and has continued to be so. They truly stand behind all their items I have purchased. For example, the plastic pump on one of my recently received liquid soap bottles wouldn't work properly instead of sending me a new pump, a relatively inexpensive item they informed me they are sending me a whole new bottle of Le Jardin D'Elisa liquid soap. That is a true example of the highest level of extra-ordinary customer service.
